In Damvix, a small peaceful village in the Poitevin marshes called "Green Venice", our gîte will allow you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Sèvre Niortaise. A small private courtyard will allow you to take your meals outside. The cottage is in the heart of the village, which allows you to do everything on foot: food shopping (bakery, butcher, mini-market), going to the restaurant, possibly fishing, walks. La petite maison du milieu is a complete, self-contained accommodation located in the middle of a group of former fishermen's huts called "Les Cénobites". It features a lawned garden, shaded terrace and pergola... From here, you have access to the Sèvre river for boat, canoe and paddle trips in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. You're close to all amenities: restaurants, supermarket, pizza shop, canoe rental, bank, municipal swimming pool, hairdresser...

The Hirondelle du Marais is located 500 m from the village with shops and restaurants. You will have a separate entrance with terrace. It has a closed bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 child bed. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
