This special 1837 home is close to everything, a few hundred meters from the pedestrian street. It is located in the cozy old neighborhood of Aabenraa. The house has received the building improvement price in 2021 from the municipality of Aabenraa. There are 5 sleeping places: 2 double beds and 1 single bed. The house is newly renovated. The house is on 3 levels, which is why it may not be suitable for very small children or people with walking difficulties. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor, living room and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a double bed in the loft (2nd floor).

Ingen morgenmad. Der er to enkelt senge i soveværelset. I stuen er det muligt at sove på sovesofaen, på en gæsteseng/gulvmadras. I "sommersoveværelset" er der 2 enkelt senge. Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.
