The apartment is a self contained living space that is very well appointed with bespoke furniture, fittings and original art. It has all of its own amenities so you should want for nothing. It is located two minutes from downtown Hilo. If you want you can walk to everything, including; shops, restaurants, beaches, bars, yoga studios, gyms and so on. If you are over 5' 10" you will need to mind your head in a couple of places so please be aware of this. We are always looking to improve.

This studio unit has its own private entrance through the side gate of the main house. The unit and its lanai look out onto our backyard where our pet goats reside. Delbert’s place was a great home base for exploring Hilo & the other parts of the Big Island. Walking distance to the main bus terminal, supermarkets, restaurants, & laundromat. The fountain outside the window helped me fall sound asleep every night. Delbert even hand delivered coffee filters when I informed him there weren’t enough coffee filters for my stay. I would love to stay here again next time I’m in Hilo. Mahalo, Delbert!

We've stayed in this condo complex last year for Merrie Monarch and really like the location. The view was amazing! Walking distance to restaurants/coffee shop we frequent. Everything was clean and we appreciated having access to netflix, etc, when relaxing at night. We never cooked, but noted that the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay in the unit again.
