Telluride’s “Close-In”Canyon Country home.

1100sq ft Timber Frame 2BR, 1BA Home on 4.5 acres with: Canyon view, deck, Crystal Clear Swimmin pond & River across the street with beach, raft, canoe, trout & Otters! 12.5 mi from Downtown Telluride; It’s “close-in” and wonderful. Home is at the bus stop. Otherwise, I have an SUV, a jeep, a cab-over camper & 1/2 dozen motorcycles to let! Pets okay! Civilized humans invited. Feral kids okay. Human “animals” need not apply. It’s a sweet country home; not anyone’s “animal house,” okay.
