Most of the area has changed to a modern beach community. It is a self standing structure. A mini house so to speak. Within the cottage you'll find a brand new queen size bed, built-in cabinets, desk, fully equipped kitchen with brand new stove and cookware, tv with cable, wifi, bathroom with a beautiful and rare newly resealed vintage clawfoot tub with shower set up as option (tub has a higher rim & requires a big step like a jacuzzi tub), a yard where you can enjoy the evening sunsets. You will be provided with fresh towels & bed linens, a guide of the area and bungalow. Please be advised this is a historic bungalow under conservation. We do not offer air condition or central heat (plenty of fans and electric heaters are provided and the ocean breeze keeps the bungalow cool just like it did in 1917). Enjoy LA in a beach oasis- it makes coming to LA quite a different experience. This sleepy beach community has everything you could hope for. The property is just steps to the ocean and pier with a large array of restaurants, cozy coffee shops, bars. The boardwalk or "strand" sprawls from Palos Verdes to Santa Monica...you can enjoy surfing, swimming, volleyball, walking, running, skating, biking, hiking and all the activities that come to mind when you think of Southern California. You'll feel like you're a world away from any large city but Hollywood, Disneyland, and all the other sites you'll wish to venture to are easily accessible! You can enjoy surfing, swimming, volleyball, walking, running, skating, biking, hiking - or enjoy driving up to Hollywood, Malibu, Disneyland and Universal Studios. Or plan a daytrip to Santa Barbara or San Diego. The street and area offers plenty of street parking. Please observe street signs for street cleaning days and times in order to avoid a ticket. Street sweeping Thursday from 8am-12pm on one side of the street and Friday from 8am-12pm on the other. Please look for signs when parking your vehicle to avoid getting a ticket. If you do not have your own vehicle we recommend using uber or lift. Many of our guests in the past have recommended this form of transportation.

WELL behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of $50( extra per stay ) We are WEST of PCH, Close to everything you need in walking distance or quick uber or car ride !!... located on the avenues in South Redondo just blocks from the Riviera village a prime location where you can shop,dine or go to the beach. There are many restaurants and outdoor cafe's... Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. Beautiful hardwood floors, large windows that bring in the sun and ocean breezes. Watch the sunset while having dinner at the kitchen table. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to The Riviera Village with restaurants, shopping . Less than a block away from the Redondo Riviera Village with over 40 restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, salons and more! Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with private patio and direct access to the beach. Enjoy unlimited restaurants, ocean breeze and exciting local shopping. It's near, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and el Segundo. (No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
