The house, although on an estate was spacious and very clean with everything you need for staying there. The sun room especially was a fabulous place for us all to be together. Very close to the bus stop for Bath City Centre and only a 10 minute ride away....perfect for the bottomless brunch we enjoyed! Would recommend this house.

Great location with the bus stop right outside, regular buses into central Bath every 20-30 minutes. The house itself was immaculate, great sized bedrooms and the smart TV in the living room was an added bonus. House equipped with milk, tea, coffee, sugar and toiletries/washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, very handy. Will definitely look to stay here again if staying in Bath.

Booked the house for 2 young families and grandparents and the house was absolutely perfect for this. Living kitchen area had everything you need and plenty big enough for 9 of us to mingle. The bedrooms had plenty of space for kids to sleep in their own spaces. The boys loved the tipi bed and enjoyed the books provided before bedtime. Master bedroom at the top comfortably housed a baby and a 4 year old. The hosts were great and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our arrival so didn’t need to get hold of them during our stay as everything was perfect. The house was well placed for us with a good pub 2 houses down one side and another just a 5 min walk the other. The main village is a simple 5-10 min walk away. House having its own Netflix/general TV accounts as well as an Xbox with games if you wanted as well was a nice touch. We came with 2 dogs who were clearly completely comfortable during our stay, relaxing after long walks on the gorge. Great stay, fully recommend!

Beautiful and large home ideally situated in Central Bath. A couple of minutes walk from the station, and only 200m away from the Roman Baths. Good restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and bars all within the immediate vicinity. Home comes with basic condiments for cooking and includes tea, coffee, milk sachets etc to get you going for a couple of days. Welcome bottle of champagne on arrival was a nice touch. Paul offered us an early bag drop before check-in. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay! The place is beautifully presented and the garden is absolutely gorgeous — such a peaceful spot. It was the perfect base for visiting family nearby. We hadn’t realised there wasn’t a TV, so next time we’ll bring an iPad for a quiet evening in. The only small suggestion would be to offer a lighter duvet option, as we found the current ones a bit too warm and didn’t sleep too well the first night. Thankfully, we found a soft blanket which helped on the second. Overall though, a really lovely place and we’d happily return.

A great place to stay in Bristol with family - lovely local park, shops and cafes and easy to get to the centre and other parts by car. Jane and her family were lovely hosts, giving clear instructions and great recommendations. It’s a really cleverly designed space and fantastically well equipped. Thanks for having us!

The house was spacious with ample downstairs living areas and a large fully fitted kitchen. The two sets of double doors opening onto the beautiful terrace were a favourite feature and the views across the rolling hills towards Bath were a wonderful sight. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage. Andrew was a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble. He responded quickly to messages and was able to give us a recommendation for a great Indian takeaway, as well as the numbers of local taxi firms. The village of Lower Swainswick is within walking distance if you're relatively fit (it's hilly!) and there you will find a Co-Op, a butchers, a couple of pubs and a few other shops. For us, visits into Bath were by taxi or car and took about 10 minutes. Thank you to Andrew and Emily, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very at home.

Looked even better in person than on the pictures provided. Quiet, secluded with all amenities and large hot tub with a short journey into the city centre but also pubs within the area. easy check in and out, would use again.

Katie was one of the best Hosts I have ever come across. Even during her holiday she was always responsive, caring, thoughtful and truly fantastic. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave. The house is spotlessly clean, all basic provisions provided and very well equipped. I could not recommend this beautiful house enough and we are so very grateful to Katie for making us feel so very welcome. We loved it here. Very close to keynsham with great places to eat, a great vibe to the area and you can jump on the train into Bath in less than 10 minutes. It’s such a superb place to stay

We had a really great time. The house and grounds were lovely and big enough for 14 people and 3 dogs. The dinning room had a wonderfully big table so we could all sit and eat together. The hot tub and swimming pool were a big hit with everyone. Rob was very helpful and answered all questions quickly, would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in Combe Hay at Georgina’s apartment and didn’t want to go home! The village and countryside around it was perfect for long walks with the dog, followed by a pint of local cider at the Wheatsheaf across the road. The apartment had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable and the courtyard becomes a sun trap when the weather is good. I would definitely recommend staying here and the late check-out as standard is ideal for a leisurely departure.

Just back after a lovely stay at Uplands, cottage was beautiful and the hot tub was a highlight, everything needed was there and the hosts were very helpful and responded immediately when we found ourselves with no hot water. The only issue was water pressure in the shower. Beautiful place, we will return.

A group of friends stayed at Becky’s home for one night as we were attending an event in the area, the house was exactly as pictured and had everything we need to make us feel at home.

We needed a place to stay last minute as having renovations in our home. The flexibility and response to this was great. The house was comfortable, warm and clean. Amos and Don were responsive in their communication. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. 👍🏻

We had a lovely one night stay in one of Jackie’s cabins after visiting family. Jackie was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, walked us through everything was. We had milk and some chocolates waiting in the fridge, which was a great touch! Everything was perfectly clean and our stay was very peaceful. We had such a lovely family stay at Pearls place for a wedding at clevedon hall (a 10 min walk away). I’ll start by saying the house is BEAUTIFUL! The photos really don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed and more and felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. All the bedrooms were so comfy and being on a quiet street, slept incredibly well. The house is in the perfect location, within walking distance of a great selection of pubs, restaurants and with an incredible coffee shop just round the corner (Fawn, 100% recommend). There were some great recommendations of things to do in the welcome pack. Pearl was really helpful with any questions we had and responded very quickly. Thank you Pearl! We all left very relaxed and will definitely be back!

The Airbnb was immaculate, Sharon provided everything we needed plus more! The welcome basket of goodies and bottle of bubbly was extremely generous. The hot tub was incredible, what a beautiful view and so peaceful. Sharon is a welcoming and really friendly host, made sure we had everything we needed and was quick with responses upon making the booking and any other questions we asked her. I would highly recommend this stay, it was perfect.

We had a great stay. A true home from home with everything that you could want being there and available. Gorgeous linen on the bed which was mega-comfortable as were the pillows. A bottle of milk, some water and orange juice were waiting our arrival together loads of tea bags and a lovely pack of biscuits. The heating was on and was perfect. The underfloor heating was a real treat. A private garden gate leads directly onto a public field for dog walking and also to the path to the pub - 2 minutes door to door. Ideally located for exploring Somerset and Wiltshire. We will definitely return to this fabulous hideaway.
