This adult only escape is perfectly placed, over the road from the North York Moors National Park, with spectacular views of the iconic National Trust Roseberry Topping and Guisborough Forest. Ideal for the Cleveland Way or Coast. Surrounded by countryside, you can fully immerse yourself in nature whilst being a mere 5 minute drive from the busy market town of Guisborough and quaint village of Great Ayton. The heart of the countryside...but with the option of an uber into town and a takeaway!

Talisman, a cosy bell tent.

Talisman, our summer visitor, sleeps two adults and two children under white canvas. Talisman is nestled in peaceful field and woodland surroundings, near the National Park and Heritage Coast. A candle chandelier, kitchen kit and a stick stove are provided. Outside there is decking, and a fire pit. On site there nearby water taps and communal toilet/shower blocks. Our wood-fired hot tub is available to book in advance (additional cost). Groups of four adults will need to book two bell tents.

Sandside Beachfront Cottage | Perfectly Saltburn

Your seaside holiday cottage is perfectly positioned just steps from the beach and pub, and within a short stroll of the town’s shops, restaurants, and cafes, pubs. After a day of seaside adventures, up to 7 guests and your dogs can gather on the private alfresco and dining terraces soaking in breathtaking sea views, and enjoying the fire pit. Inside, the open-plan dining lounge welcomes you with sumptuous velvet sofas and a cosy gas stove, before you retire to the comfort of plush bedrooms.

Cosy lodge- stunning views Stonecroft Saltburn

A cosy romantic retreat set within Stonecroft Lane end farm, with stunning rural views across the valley and sea in the distance. Just on the outskirts of the Victorian Spa town of Saltburn you are ideally placed within approx. 2 min in the car with all its' amenities or a short drive to the North Yorkshire moors and coastline. The lodge is nestled overlooking Skelton estates and the Cleveland hills and is home to rare breed sheep and poultry. The property benefits from private parking.

Nestled in the heart of the historic market town of Guisborough, you will find a selection of shops, cafes, and traditional pubs just a short stroll away. This delightful cottage combines traditional rustic charm with modern comforts. It is the perfect base to explore scenic walking trails, including the famous Cleveland Way and North Yorkshire Coast, before unwinding by the log burning stove.

The Walkers Retreat

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated in a picturesque country farm setting. This cabin is perfectly located within a short distance of Saltburn by the Sea and on the outskirts of the North York Moors National Park, this retreat is sure to delight a variety of guests. Two great places to eat or drink within a mile or relax your evenings away with a glass of wine by the firepit, which doubles up as a BBQ, complementary firelighters and logs will be provided.

Oak Beam Retreat

Ings Farm Holiday Cottage is a stylish, sophisticated barn conversion. The barn is well-equipped and furnished to a high standard. The lounge, diner is a comfortable and spacious with views across the valley and to Staithes. The master bedroom is modern but elegant with a king size bed. Ideally positioned on the Whitby Road area close to Staithes, Runswick Bay and the beach. We have our own dedicated bus stop with buses running approximately every 30 minutes during the day.

Wheelhouse,Grinklebell Cottage

Grinklebell Cottage is full of charm and character, set in surrounding countryside, with seaside towns a short distance away. A 10 minute drive to Saltburn by the Sea, Staithes and Runswick Bay. A 20 minute drive to Whitby. Beautiful cliff top walks along the Cleveland Way and much more to explore. In the grounds of the property there is a paddock with seating and barbecue area, with a view of the ocean in the distance and surrounding countryside.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. With it's outside pizza oven and BBQ area, what's not to love! Very large and spacious house with 1 bathroom and a downstairs toilet. Huge kitchen and dining space for all the family. Located in a quiet housing estate only minutes from the beach (Marske) and 5 minutes drive to the gorgeous town of Saltburn! Redcar is also a 5 minute drive so ideal for local workers in the area.
