the place is as nice as all the other reviews say but what really stands out is how helpful and friendly both Julie and Gary were. From the moment we arrived they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to recommend restaurants, activities, and ensure we had everything we needed. Our bunky was cozy, the bed comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need. a great stay we'd happily return to and recommend!

Super friendly and helpful hosts. We were greeted by Windy who was wonderful. Very comfy and well equipped apartment, within easy walking distance of central San Ignacio. We loved our stay!

Our first trip to Santa Elena was great and Jaime was an incredible host. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood, safe with a great restaurant nearby. Our dogs loved the yard, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch. Jamie gave us many recommendations for local spots to eat and drink and activities to do in the area. He gave us a tour of the twin towns. Jamie was very responsive and communication was easy. The house was comfortable and clean with all the essential amenities. We are looking forward to going back soon. Highly recommend.

Pleasant , helpful staff. Quiet location up quite a steep driveway but only 2 minutes drive into Santa Elena. We were a bit confused about the use of the pool , tried to call Virginia and other staff about it on the house phone but couldn’t get through. Never did use it. Overall nice place , would recommend as a good base to tour around.
