This 500 acre ranch is located 14 miles from Chico, in the small mountain community of Cohasset, at about 3,000 ft elevation; approx. 25 minutes by car. Close to shopping, and the Sacramento River Tail System. Bear, my uber-friendly labordoodle and I live in the rear house. Our goal is a quiet and relaxing stay. We DO NOT allow parties, get-togethers, family gatherings etc. - because of the existing neighborhood rules and City parking limitations, and of course, Covid19 measures
