Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Recoleta

Very comfortable, quiet and pleasant home. I give it a 10 out of 10, so I'll probably come back when I travel. 🙌 Everything is very close, restaurant, plenty of food and entertainment places. Everything is excellent

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

Our experience was very positive! Daniela was very attentive from the first communication and I offer very useful recommendations. The balcony has a spectacular 180 degree view to the entire west of the city including hills around. Day and night it's mind-blowing! The cost of this is a bit noisy but for us it was worth it. The area is very central close to everything: mall Viva for shopping, supermarket two streets away, central market for fish, and 10min from Plaza de armas. A negative aspect of this is that there are people in street (homeless) situation near the depto. But they were not aggressive or felt endangered at any time. The apartment is comfortable, the bed has a very good mattress and the kitchen everything you need. The only negative the sofa is not as comfortable as the sleeping bed. There is a concierge at the 24h building reception. The neighbors were also very friendly. In short, very good experience, thank you very much Daniela!

We had a lovely time at Leticia's place in Lastarria! The neighborhood was amazing -- great restaurants and bars and super walkable. Leticia was a wonderful host -- great communicator and super accommodating, which we were very grateful for after an overnight flight. The apartment was quite comfortable for the two of us -- be aware that it's chilly in Santiago in winter (June/July), but Leticia provided a space heater to keep the chill out. We would definitely stay here again!!

Unforgettable stay! The apartment was impeccable, super comfortable bed, with blankets and pillows for all tastes. The shower has great pressure, the heater is powerful and fast — on cold nights, we even feel warm. The view is surreal: you can see the sunrise and sunset from the bed, as if it were a movie screen. The Wi-Fi never failed. Excellent location: markets, subway, snow clothes rental and tourist spots just a few minutes away. Franz is a rare host: attentive, quick to respond, gave several tips and was even flexible with check-in/out. She left us some welcome wine and chocolates that we loved so much that we bought some to take back to Brazil. It was our second international trip together, with a marriage proposal, our first time in the snow, and we found our temporary home here. Every day, we said 'let's go home'. If we go back to Santiago, we won't think of anywhere else. Thank you, Franz!

Maria was very helpful and attentive. The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, it had everything we needed during our stay. The neighborhood is excellent, the terrace of the building alone has a spectacular view. Maria gave us great recommendations. Very good.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. As a hostess she was excellent, she was always attentive to what she needed and was understanding with me.

I came from Brazil to Chile, and I stayed a few days at Roberto's, very solicitous! And his accommodations exactly as in the photos of the listing, extremely unique to see the Andes mountains in the room. I recommend it to my Brazilian brothers who want to come.

The location is great, the room has enough space, wifi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70kg each and with back problems, the mattress 'sinks', which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend him to everyone! Ah, enjoy the shopping arcade in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta, a 2nd floor restaurant, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend it.

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was pleasant and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!
