Holiday rentals with a patio in Recife Metropolitan Area

Regarding the owner, I found it very easy to make contact with him, he responds very quickly and is very attentive, I can also say that he has good taste and creativity, which is reflected in the apartment, whether in the decoration or even in the construction of the apartment. The building has an excellent location, being close to pharmacies, the medical center, markets, restaurants and with access to the main roads of Recife. About the apartment, it is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils to iron, even beauty utensils like a hair straightener and others (my girlfriend loved that part lol). Both rooms have comfortable beds, one firmer than the other (to suit both tastes). The TVs are modern (smart), so you can watch whatever you want. The apartment has good ventilation, but also has air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a fan in the living room. Everything was very clean and sanitised. Regarding parking, I liked the fact that I could park in any space in the garage.

Wonderful stay, Gabriela was thoughtful and we didn't have a problem with anything. It is located in a condominium in front of Muro Alto beach, right in the part of the coral reefs that forms a quiet pool with sea water, perfect for those who have children and just want to relax! I recommend!

The apartment is excellent, very well equipped and with a great location. Close to the airport and two blocks from Boa Viagem beach. The service was very smooth, we were very well attended to and we didn't miss anything.

The location was excellent! Having a supermarket in front of the building was very practical. There are several bakeries and the beach is a short walk away, as well as a shopping centre nearby, which was great. The only observation is that the entrance to the building is a little hidden.

Passing to thank you for the opportunity to get to know the house. The structure is great, the pool area is super nice and the atmosphere in general is very welcoming. It was a positive experience and I certainly want to go back again.

A beautiful and very cozy house, the location is excellent and I think we will return other times, the communication was always assertive and fast and the hosts were kind and always helpful.

Ricardo is super requested, even with the arrival of his son was available to meet me. lacked gas in seconds he explained where he had the reservation. It was super welcoming and flexible with the time of check out, we need to stretch the time I paid a small fee. My daughter who was doing 15 years and chose his house not for parties or events, only for an SDF with her best friends who were no more than 10 friends. the only thing I really didn't like is that because it's a taco floor, the noise annoys a lot for those in the room below. The Master suite for those who have a light sleep, annoys a lot with the constant noise of since it is in the roundabout of access to the tours, but for those who have heavy sleep there are no problems. supermarkets, wineries, centrinho less than 100 meters from the house. all perfect and brand new kitchen utensils. the Master suite bed that needs to change the well used and thin mattress, but did not hinder our overnight stays. super indico a casa

Excellent stay. Condoninio organized and quiet, home very comfortable, beautiful, wide and with all the utensils/furniture needed for a family. Contains private parking and swimming pool, air-conditioning, fan, barbecue, beach chairs, etc. Local convenience (number in the refrigerator) delivers to the house, quickly, at no cost and contains a variety of products that are eventually missing. Points of Improvement and Feedback have already been reported to the Host.

My experience during this stay was amazing! Camila and Milene were extremely attentive and helpful, ensuring that everything was perfect from the moment of arrival. The space is amazing and comfortable, the view of the sea is beyond words, we felt the warmth of home, it is undoubtedly a little piece of paradise here on earth hahahaha. The condominium is super quiet and the staff are polite, the restaurant inside the residential complex, although outsourced, is a good option for those who want even more convenience, it serves well with the options that work. There is a mini market inside the residential complex as well, which helps/facilitates even more, for small "emergencies". Although I already know the beach, I can say that it is a great and quiet location for swimming (in addition to being beautiful). The access to the residential area is all paved and most of the road is illuminated. The host Henrique was the difference when choosing our rental, super polite, responds quickly to messages, answers questions, proactive, gives us security. I highly recommend it and I'm already counting the days to return ☺️

The apartment is very good, it has enough for 5 people, it is all complete and is quite comfortable. Large, airy apartment, much bigger than it appears in the photos. Stunning view of the room . Espaço was clean , has household utensils for meal preparation, excellent quality bedding and bath, split air conditioning in all bedrooms, 1 suite, + 2 Canadian suite. Hostel, was kind , polite, quickly answered questions. Educated ,helpful and resolutive condominium employees.

We love your stay! Attentive and helpful George! The condominium has a great swimming pool, adding value to the experience. I would only add the amount of clothes suspended in the service area, for 2 couples there is little what they already have. E would put another 1 sheet in each room to cover up!
