Maria Augusta was very attentive, she answered us promptly. The flat is exactly as described by the host, beautifully decorated, cleaning grade 10, has everything the host needs. Regarding the high wall beach, without words is excellent, quiet place of calm sea, it looks like a swimming pool, hot water and lots of privacy. In relation to the Nui Condominium, beautiful and warm pools, very nice place. Our family loved it, we will be back for sure.

Mr. Roberto went from the beginning of the reservation until the very proactive check-out, easy and quick communication and with clear instructions, including videos for the use of the electronic door. The place is excellent with necessary kitchen items for those going to cook. Aém that, the 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The LocarHouse team is very efficient! Mr. João (who received us) was very responsive and clear in the past information. The house is very good, better in person than in the pictures (which are already good), it is the closest house to the sea and the rooms have views of it. A single detail (for me and my guests) that was greatly missed: The blackout curtains! The rooms are very bright and it turns out to be a little inconvenient to be obliged to always wake up at sunrise, we ended up sleeping late and having to wake up very early due to the clarity. Even so 5 stars all over the context.

What I liked the most about it all was the question of the location and the services within the Resort. Wonderful food, we don't even have to worry, always asked for everything there, plus all great structure. We rented car and from there we went to Maceió in a super quiet way.

Whenever I go to Recife I like to stay in this building because it is very central and easy to get around, in addition to the reception being 24 hours and the staff being helpful and polite. Silvia's property matches the photos, it was clean and organized, in addition to having amenities that make life much easier for those who will spend a short time and still want to make quick meals (sugar, salt, matches, mineral water). I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Adriana’s place! She’s super friendly and the place was perfect for us. The view of the beach was incredible - we could just look out the window and decide when to head to the natural pools. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is organized, clean, smelly, comfortable with the basics . Bed and bath linens are in great condition, clean and smelling. The condominium is of recent construction, very clean, beautiful, well taken care of. The bar, restaurant and market that are inside the condominium are good and the value is not abusive. It is also well located, both for locomotion to the center and other beaches and to use the beach that is in front, as the sea is very good for bathing, different from other stretches. the truth that we would have liked to be more, the apartment is nice, I went with two children and the two bathrooms are great. the comfortable beds and the smart TVs seemed great. but the best of all is the complex, the cleanliness of the complex is great, many amenities, the disyauno (payment) very good, the people and very friendly, and the beach seemed great, although the sea was a little brave the beach is beautiful and keep it clean, always with chairs and umbrellas, the restaurant prices are agreed, we will surely return, we like it very much!!!
