From the beginning, I was looking for a PROPERTY in RECIFE-PE to STAY, with my FRIEND and his SON. I came across the PROPERTY of Mr. MANOEL, and I had a GOOD ENERGY. Since My First Contact With Mr. Manoel, it seemed like he had known him for ages. It was a very pleasant STAY. Spacious apartment, where you can move around comfortably. A good balcony in the apartment, excellent for reading a good book. Very close to the beach. PHARMACY In front of the BUILDING. Supermarket a few METRES away. HORTIFRUT. BUS and TAXI stop IN FRONT of the BUILDING. AIRPORT Within walking distance, a few minutes' walk. It has all the HOUSEHOLD utensils for a GOOD stay. The São Atenciosos entrance. I/FRIEND and his SON, We really enjoyed staying in the SPACIOUS APARTMENT of Mr. MANOEL. I recommend it.

This month I spent in the apartment was great, the place is very beautiful, impeccable environment and had many places to leave, we loved the location of the apartment, close to everything. I hope to return again; Mr. Sérgio very polite and kind.

Excellent apartment located within a condominium with several swimming pools for children and adults, which you can enjoy after the beach, it even has bars to continue enjoying caipirinhas or whatever you want. It has direct access to the beach, with security guards. There are also rich restaurants around to have lunch or dinner near the condominium, including: Gazella, Maracaju and Cocoroco. It has connectivity with Uber and parking lots to go by car. We enjoyed it a lot!! Thank you Alyson for always being attentive!! :D

The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Djalma was always available to help with anything we needed and even gave us great tips about the area. It was a truly warm and authentic experience — we’re so grateful and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Very quiet stay, extremely clean apartment, quality mattresses, and equipped kitchen, the concierge was also a differential, super attentive to us, very polite and helpful, the host was also very present and helped us with everything we needed, we will return next year, we love it!

Hello! I want to leave my feedback about my stay in your apartment in Porto de Galinha. Everything was perfect! The apartment is very tidy, brand new and super comfortable. The beachfront location is simply wonderful, with an incredible view. In addition, you were very attentive to send me a list of places to visit, nearby supermarkets and the best restaurants in the area as soon as I arrived — this made my stay even better. Great apartment. Located in the Condomínio Polinésia, you can use the entire structure of the Samoa Resort next door. It is possible to book paddles and kayak from the condominium itself, it is necessary to book in advance at the front desk. Bruna is very helpful and ready to resolve questions.

The property is consistent with the photos, except for the sea view, since they are building a building with about 4 floors in front, which partially blocks the sea view. It would be interesting if the photos were updated, because although incredible, the view of the apartment is not the one available in the advertisement, which was the main point considered when choosing this apartment and not others in Aloha. I recommend providing face towels and a larger clothesline, the one available was small for drying the bathing clothes of 6 people. The host was very helpful and attentive to the tips, as well as to the specific problem with ventilation/air control. Another point is that guests are instructed to wear yellow identification wristbands inside the Aloha Residence throughout their stay, and it is possible to change them, but when we requested the change on the second day, we were warned that it would not be possible to change them daily, as it would incur costs for the condominium.

The place is just like the photos, it fully meets expectations. 6 blocks from downtown, you can walk. The fully equipped kitchen, the building with good amenities and the reception at full disposal. I would definitely recommend.
