We offer a housing unit that is part of our family house. There is a separate entrance, parking and seating on the terrace. There are three beds and the possibility of providing an extra bed on the couch in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet location near a bike path, a public swimming pool and a fairy-tale alley. About 2 minutes walk to the pond, 600m from the house is a supermarket. There are plenty of tourist attractions in the area - Eden centre, Pernštejn Castle, the western town of Šiklův mlýn, natural swimming, forests, and more.

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Year-round luxury and insulated A-frame cottage with a sloping roof, a whole glazed front measuring 4.5×4 meters with a terrace and a second floor. It is located on a clearing overlooking the treetops. On the property you will find an outdoor shower and a fantastic tub that you can fill both in summer and winter. The accommodation is intentionally without electricity so that everyone can enjoy peace and quiet from modern technology. Building (loft) with a usable area of approx. 50m2. It is a room with an open floor with a bed, under which there is a bathroom. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, baby and travel crib. The building corresponds to 1 + kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or accommodation on a business trip. Larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches also like to use the accommodation.

Big Tiny House Retreat

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Outdoor use for children

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
