The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. A Canadian cedar log cabin awaits you almost in the wilderness, in the quiet and blind valley of the Bobrůvka river under a 300-year-old linden tree. At the elevated level of the river, you come to the cabin over a bridge 300 m away, under normal conditions you will use a temporary bridge. Civilization is waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, only the toilet is a short walk to the wooden house (dry toilet). You will sleep in a cozy bedroom with a full glass shield overlooking the linden tree. You may even see a deer on the morning pasture right from the bed.

Chata Lípa

Cottage with a beautiful view of the water surface in the Moravian Karst. It consists of one room (37m2), a corner with a bathtub and a toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. Heating is provided by a fireplace and an infrared panel. A double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed for two are ready for sleeping. The garden is 777m2, has only one neighbor and is completely fenced. There's a canoe for two to rent. This offer is for those who want to go outdoors and understand what it entails. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.
