The apartment is on the sixth floor, internally divided into two levels, with the living area overlooking a very scenic terrace, but every window is a picture of the sea. On the sixth floor of a typical "palazzata" (apartment building), with a characteristic "camoglina" staircase (not recommended for those with walking difficulties and children - adults only). The two windows offer breathtaking views from Punta Chiappa to Genoa, and unforgettable sunsets. Small but comfortable, it is the result of careful and accurate renovation. There is a 50 sq. meters terrace with an astonishing view on the sea and Portofino mount. THE APARTMENT IS BEING CLEANED AND SANITIZED FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE CENTER FOR DESEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION (CDC) AND IN ADDITION THE APARTMENT IS GENERALLY KEPT EMPTY AND VENTILATED FOR 24 HOURS BETWEEN GUESTS.
