Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

Casa Tranquila - Quiet House

A small 1 bed house on a hill in a quiet location surrounded by nature and animals. It is close to the town center, just a 5 min drive away. The small house dates back over 200 years and before renovation has been used in the past for pigs, cows and other animals. Ideal for walkers, bikers or anyone that wants to escape the city. Beautiful scenery with surrounding hills and a view over the town. We do have a sofa bed in the lounge area that can accommodate children or an additional adult.

It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

A 5 minute walk will take you to the Wayoh reservoir and surrounding areas leading to Entwistle and Jumbles Country park. Turton Tower is a short walk away and Bromley Cross train station is 1.5 miles with a direct line to Manchester and Clitheroe. The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.
