Seaside summer dream

In Räfsnäs, in Norrtälje's archipelago, is this place. The house is modernly equipped with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and broadband. For colder days, there is a stove/air heat pump inside the house and for hot days, there is AC. The house is located on a large plot of land without much visibility in an idyllic area with a village feeling. The distance to the sea is only 150 meters. There are several patios in different directions. Our favorite is our large balcony with outdoor kitchen, large dining area and hot tub.

The house of the sunsets, undisturbed in the Stockholm Archipelago

Now there is the opportunity to stay in a house with striking sunsets, in the middle of nature and an undisturbed location, while making a minimal impact on the climate. You are welcome to book our house at a discounted "try-on" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Newly built cottage of 30 sqm. 5 minutes walk from the harbor. - Open-plan with kitchen and living room in one. - Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. - The living room has a sofa bed. - The kitchen has an induction stove and oven. - Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. - Large terrace around the house with dining area. - The view consists of pine and blueberry forest - Cleaning is not included. - Pets are not allowed - The guest brings their own bed linens In summer, the cottage is rented out weekly with check-in on Sundays.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Little house near the sea- Vätö

Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

Glamping a stone's throw from Stockholm

Enjoy nature when you stay in this unique place. You will stay in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. No temporary unbooked visits allowed on the property beyond the two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the wave's gentle rocking motion, lulling you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
