Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). House da mamma is a cozy house in the historic part of Rovinj, near the church of St. Euphemia and the park. It is a holiday haven for family or friends. There are a lot of good emotions and pleasant memories in its equipment and substance. In recent years, it has been successfully rented and has received great reviews. This year, the house returned to the family, gained a new bedroom, bathroom and exclusive access to the yard, which is its great asset.
