Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Villa obitelji Dušati smještena je na idealnom mjestu s kojeg se pruža pogled na plavetnilo Kvarnerskog zaljeva te na susjedne otoke Cres i Lošinj. Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

House da mamma is a cozy house in the historic part of Rovinj, near the church of St. Euphemia and the park. It is a holiday haven for family or friends. There are a lot of good emotions and pleasant memories in its equipment and substance. In recent years, it has been successfully rented and has received great reviews. This year, the house returned to the family, gained a new bedroom, bathroom and exclusive access to the yard, which is its great asset.

Studio apartment with the balcony facing the sea front, beautiful panoramic view and the sea view from the bed. Studio is part of the Bellevue house. In the garden there is a grill. Parking free in front of the house. Nice and easy walk to the sea, or even longer walks by the sea.Nice, cristal clear sea water , shoes for swimming good to have. Labin is about 13 km. away. Interesting is the old town, on tuesday evening, free guided tour.
