We are delighted to welcome you to this AMAZING accommodation, for a UNIQUE experience in the region. 54 m² of comfort and enjoyment, featuring two south-facing balconies with unobstructed views (one of the two balconies is wheelchair accessible), plus private parking. The spa is high-end; it was chosen for hygiene reasons and to avoid the use of any chemical products required to maintain the water. The traditional steam sauna, featuring lava stones, allows for exceptionally high temperatures.

Full accommodation. Fully equipped, bright and comfortable, with separate bedroom. The apartment is a duplex. On the ground floor you will find the bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Kitchen, living room and dining room are upstairs. Sleeps a couple + 1 child. Located in the center of the village, with the bakery 50 meters away, and an organic grocery store 100 meters away. A kebab snack bar 50 meters away. 5 minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from Creutzwald or Saint-Avold.

Country House

Country house in a bucolic setting in a very quiet village at the foot of the Delme coast (nature reserve). Bathroom linen available and beds prepared before your arrival. Outside, two terraces including one with a shed and a large lot. For my part (Xavier), I stay under the outdoor terrace at the back of the house. The town of Xocourt is located 2 minutes from Delme where you can find all amenities (catering, supermarket). Cleaning to be done before departure.

Come and relax in this beautiful relaxing apartment, a stone's throw from Metz city center and 10 minutes from the train station. Its large 15 m2 balcony overlooks a wooded garden. The neighborhood, very recent, is extremely quiet and offers superb walks along the Seille which flows 2 steps away or in the nearby parks (Seille Park near the Salle des Arènes, or Pas du Loup Park). The residence and apartment are equipped for people with limited mobility.

The location of our accommodation is ideal, between city and countryside, a 7-minute drive from Metz Technopole. Finally, if you are looking for peace and quiet you will be delighted. Swimming pool accessible from May 15 to the end of August.
