Lin’s Place is gorgeous. If you love being surrounded by beautiful vintage, well cared for wood floors, trim and built ins, this I your place. Convenient to Wrigley Field and Lincoln Park, this place is the one. I loved the back deck and garden on a great tree lined street. Thank you Lin and we look forward to our next trip to Chicago.

We loved it. The apartment was so beautiful. The location was amazing. Mark 5 stars all the way around communication everything!! there’s a dog Snowy💕 didn’t get to meet but saw how cute. The park a couple block downs everything in walking distance had fun taking the train and the bus to the zoo. Me and my daughter will book with them every time we come to Chicago restaurants everything amazing!!!! Thank you so much possibly see you in the fall if not next spring!!!

Clean place, exactly as pictured. No frills place to spend a weekend in Chicago. Only comment on the place is that it’s 3 floors up, so if you have a big heavy suitcase it’ll be a workout to get up!

This was a wonderful and comfortable place. Lynette was helpful and extremely responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a location with easy parking, comfortable furniture, or plenty of space. Lynette even had an amazing coffee spread, beans and ground, multiple methods to brew, quality stuff! Thank you again!

Jason’s Bluebird Inn Loft apt was everything we needed and more. We arrived earlier than check in and were able to hold our luggage in Jason’s cafe/bar downstairs. Once the apt was ready, Jason helped with moving our bags upstairs which was very kind and service that was above and beyond expectations. The record player, pull out bed, and washer/dryer came in very handy during our stay. It was also nice to have the cafe/bar downstairs for breakfast and drinks before heading out. It was such a relief to know we had a reliable and cozy space after being out all day sightseeing. Thank you, Jason, for curating such a cool space! Would gladly stay again in the future.

As mentioned above, Soon was quite responsive, messages returned almost immediately. Excellent self checking instructions. The unit was comfortable, bed was small for two adults though. Could use more cable channels on TV e.g. CNN. Kuireg was a nice touch. He takes care of his front yard with flowers, etc. Having a space in the garages a plus. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. I would stay there again.

Cody, our host, was truly well deserving of the designation as 'super host'. The apt. was beautifully decorated and spotless. He is a gracious host who provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

I love the Andersonville neighborhood and the stay went great! We got in way later than expected but we still were able to find parking about 2 blocks away (5 min walk). The next day parking was a breeze. The area is so nice, right off Clark and close to lots of great food/coffee/drinks. Thank you Joseph!

An absolutely amazing stay with incredible hosts! It literally felt like a true home away from home...tastefully decorated, modern, with everything provided to make my stay comfortable. My hosts were super responsive and friendly---they are definitely at the top of my list for my future stays in Chicago!

This place was perfect for two of us! Everything about the description was accurate. It was very clean, super easy to access, and in a perfect spot-walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a few gyms we tried. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Neighborhood felt safe for late night walking to and from restaurants. Hosts were communicative without being over-the-top. Would book again in a heartbeat!

The stay was amazing. The only issue was finding parking especially at night was really tuff to find a stop.

Very comfy apartment in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball game and it’s a terrific place for that, just about a 20-minute walk to Wrigley Field. The only thing to be concerned about is the stairs: there are two flights to get into the apartment and they’re fairly steep and small, so if you have mobility issues that would be a concern. I don’t and had no problem. Karen is a lovely host and was very helpful when I was getting into the place and unloading my stuff from my car. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, so it’s a great place to explore and hang out.

Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

I enjoyed my stay here which enabled me to be close enough to Northwestern’s campus as I worked on a writing project. Being minutes from downtown Wilmette was a plus—be sure to check out Saint Roger’s Abbey bakery for wonderful French pastries! The house was neat, tidy, and matched the description. I also appreciated the record collection!

Amazing value! Three bedrooms - two decks - great kitchen. This was a great central location for my father/brother visiting. I live in Logan and there are no good hotels nearby and this was even better than a hotel! Parking can be a bit stressful as you are right on Diversey but it was less stressful than I thought it would be. Would book again!!!

My group and I had a great time at Mike’s place. Everything was as described and Mike was super responsive and helpful. We rented a car and Mike provided parking passes for us for every day of our stay. The location is also unbeatable if you’re going to a Cubs game. I would definitely recommend Mike’s place if you’re staying in the area.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

Susan’s home was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and aesthetically pleasing. The bed I slept in was one of the most comfortable of my entire life—I prefer a soft mattress. As far as location goes, the street was quiet, good for walking our dog, and close enough to public transport. Plenty of buses were available. We used street parking for our car and never had problems with finding a close spot to the house whenever we did take the car out. We enjoyed the stay greatly and will stay again. Thank you, Susan!

Perfect little spot! So close to the blue line, necessities nearby, great for a quick solar work trip. Bed is small and a little uncomfortable, and some things were a little off (medicine cabinet not fully attached to wall), but neither bothered me. Knew bed would be small from photos! Just a heads up for anyone that would worry about those. Will definitely be staying again if in Chi!

The apartment was perfect. Clean, comfortable and comfortable exactly as described. The location is great. Lots to do in the neighborhood, and super easy to get the L to anywhere.

We loved staying here! India was extremely responsive and helpful in preparing for our stay, and even accommodated an unexpected early arrival. This was a cozy place for our family to land after fun days exploring Chicago. India even pointed out some great parks (and walked us there!). The location is fantastic with close access to Foster Beach and the restaurants and shops in Andersonville. We'd definitely stay there again. Thanks, India!
