The cottage has a kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a stick vacuum cleaner, and a sauna with hot water in summer. Separate bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is a sofa bed in the cabin. There is a new toilet with a flushing mechanism in the dressing room. No running water. Gas grill. The cottage's floor, kitchen and terrace were renovated in spring 2025. Solar panels were added in 2026.

An electric stove in the indoor sauna and a wood stove in the outdoor sauna, as well as a pot with spring water. A few bicycles in use, a swing for children. Pets allowed.
