Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

Small hut at the foot of the Nockberge, on the edge of the village of St. Margarethen and the wild stream of the same name, at about 1,100 meters above sea level! 6 km to Bad Kleinkirchheim, 12 km to Heidi Alm, 15 km to Turracher Höhe. Direct connection to hiking trails! Further considerations: Self-catering cottage - bed linen is available - sheets and covers as well as towels must be brought!!! No final cleaning fee is collected, so please leave the property swept clean!

Greetings, I am a rustic hut in a quiet secluded location at 1,250 meters above sea level, surrounded by forest and nature. In a few minutes, you'll be at the Turracher Höhe. In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. So – you clean yourself and provide yourself with food, drink and bed linen … I have prepared a list for you. Be so kind and read my special story under "THE ACCOMMODATION."
