The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

This apartment is located very diagonally opposite the beach. From the private terrace you have only a few meters to a public lake access, see photo. Furthermore, you can walk to the supermarket, cafe and restaurants. A vacation completely without a car is possible. Newly added is an approx. 12 m² large room, a kind of conservatory, which makes the apartment more spacious and possibly also offers space for a third person.
