Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet. The buron is located 400 m from the road, accessible by car.

In the heart of unspoiled nature and many marked mountain bike trails, marked, and yet close to various tourist sites (Conques, Aubrac, Soulages Museum in Rodez, Trou de Bozouls). 2.5 km from local shops (bread depot, restaurant and post office) 8 km from doctor, pharmacy and all shops.

The small house, on 3 levels, has retained all its charm with its wood-burning stove in the corner and its stones, its 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom + 1 powder room.

The "Patou", an integral part of the "Laperade" estate, is a one bedroom apartment completely renovated in respect of its origins and history. It also has a large balcony overlooking the Coussane stream and facing a garden that has preserved, among others... a few century-old vineyards. This apartment, ideally exposed, is located in the historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in France, at the foot of Estaing Castle.
