Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski resort in Rauland and you thus have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

Bring the whole family to the great and child-friendly Rauland ski resort. Here you have what you need outside the door. The cabin is located in the first row towards slope 23, and here you can ski right out from the terrace. There are no cabins in front, so here you can enjoy the undisturbed hot tub later in the evening overlooking the Rauland mountains while the kids can ski outside the terrace. The cabin has 3 bedrooms + loft bedroom with double bed. Low ceiling height in the loft room and only curtains for the door, so this room is best suited for children.

Nice Family cabin located 1000 masl 500m from the downhill slope, there are also many nice cross-country trails in Silkedalen which is a few meters away. In the summer there is great hiking terrain. The nearest shops are 10 min away by car to Rauland city center. Perfect location for activities both winter and summer. A little about the cabin: - The cabin was completed in May 2020 -4 bedrooms, 7 beds and a baby cot. -1 living room on the ground floor. Bathroom with washing machine. - Kitchen that is well-equipped. -TV living room 2nd floor.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and dishes. Small cottage located on a farm with stunning views of the Totak lake and the mountains. We live in one of the houses on the farm. Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.

The kitchen is well equipped for 2-3 people. Patio with tables and benches. Bed linens and towels included in price. Access to washing machine and tumble dryer in another building.

The cabin has a unique location with panoramic views of mountains and water, which can be enjoyed from the terrace or through large windows inside. Start the day with coffee in the sun and end the evening in peace and quiet as the sun sets behind the mountains. This is the place to relax and escape from everyday life – whether you want to go hiking in the mountains, go skiing or just enjoy the cabin life.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Cosy cabin with a fantastic location and its own shoreline by Lake Totak. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a corner sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed if needed), a cosy fireplace, a large dining table, a loft, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Large terrace with a dining table and a view of the lake and the mountains. We have our own marina, boat ramp and a boat, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs that can be rented. 15 min to the ski centre.
