Welcome to a cozy, quiet and practical accommodation, about 50 m2, on a lush farm in beautiful Vikarbyn next to Siljan. The farm is located next to forest, meadow and horse pastures in the upper part of the village. There is a grocery store in the village. Proximity to swimming areas, several restaurants and cafes. In autumn, there are plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests. During the winter, there are several ski trails, a plowed ice rink on Lake Siljan and ski resorts in the nearby area. In addition, access to everything else beautiful Siljansbygden has to offer.

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

The accommodation is not child-friendly. Minimum booking CCW2026: 4 nights The view of the village and Lake Siljan is miles wide. Patio on the roof where you walk on a footbridge. The Dalhalla bus stops right outside. A stone's throw to Tempo. Book a sauna at the yacht club. Downstairs, there is a fun interior design store. Next door to cool restaurant Bistro Apan!

Single-story cottage with open floor plan, Wi-Fi, air heat pump, dining area for up to six people, equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, sleeping loft containing two beds (105x200 cm), bedroom with bed (160x200 cm), and sofa bed with room for two. On the terrace there is a dining area with barbecue, as well as a view of the lake. Next to the cottage, there is a scenic plot with proximity to paths along Lake Siljan.

It is located on the slope down to Siljan with beautiful views. 5 minutes walk to the city center and swimming. Proximity to the bus that goes to Dalhalla. The stairs to the bedrooms upstairs are quite steep and are not suitable for children and people with bad knees. In other words, not a handicap-friendly accommodation. It is not possible to add hot water as a convenience but it is available in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Non-smoking.

The nearest swimming area is at Tällbergs Camping or at Laknäs Ångbåtsbrygga. In the nearby area, there are also several other well-known excursion destinations such as Dalhalla, Falu mine, Zorn farm, Vasaloppsmålet, Romme Alpin, Carl Larsson farm, Orsa Grönklitt, and more.

Inside, you can sit & enjoy the incredibly nice view, light a fire for cozy evenings or why not warm up in the sauna.

Det finns 2 sovrum: ena med två enkelsängar i, och andra med en enkelsäng samt vånings-familjesäng (80cm-bädd + 120cm-bädd). Bäddsoffa (1pers) i allrummet, ett fullt utrustat kök, eldstad, TV, veranda och toa med dusch. Extra resesängar vid behov. Vi hyr ut minst 2 nätter. Inga husdjur pga allergi. Rökfritt.

Charming old house on a classical Dalarna farmstead. Quietly situated near lake Siljan. Guests have access to their own part of the garden. The house is 80 sqm, with two bedrooms, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. DEPARTURE CLEANING, SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN PRICE. A frequent comment from our guests is that their visit was too short. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.

Bed linens and towels are NOT included but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Toilet/shower is 25 meters from the cottage, it is the bright door on the right side of the house above you. Perfect for 2-3 people and also works with 4
