The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.

It is a beautiful and comfortable cabin which will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Matanzas beach and all its surroundings. You have 1 bedroom with a closet, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen next to a living room that leads directly to a nice terrace where you can enjoy a hot tub that has a beautiful view of the Matanzas stream. All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

La Casa del Suizo

La Casa del Suizo is located in front of the ocean, within the luxury "Vista al oceano" condominium. This condominium is private, with controlled access. It has a playground, a skateboard ramp, and a bike pump track. The simple house is designed to enjoy the sea and its privileged views. It is the house with the most direct view of the sea. Its avant-garde architecture is typical of the area, and is signed by Felipe Wedeles, star architect of Matanzas.

They also have a closed Quincho (communal) where you can enjoy a pleasant moment.

It has private access with an electric gate, large green areas, a private pool (available) and a pergola. We also have a barbecue grill and a fully fenced space. 🐾 Your pets are welcome. A quiet, safe place surrounded by nature, ideal for disconnecting and resting.

Pupuya Ocean View Cabin, steps from the beach

Spacious cabin located in the village of La Vega de Pupuya, close access to the beach for walking down, in front of the Humedal where you can appreciate the local flora and fauna. Located in Chile's KiteSurfing spot, a show to experience every day. Close to mini-markets (half a block away) and the La Meseta Bikes and Coffee shop, bicycle workshop, and cafeteria. Guided tours, bicycle clinics, and group classes for kids.
