The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Tervetuloa oleilemaan lämmin tunnelmaiseen asuntoon osana vanhaa hirsirakennusta. Talo sijaitsee Kaukaalla, paperitehtaan piippujen alla. Asunto on pienehkö, mutta kompakti ja sisältää kaiken tarvittavan. Auton saa ilmaiseksi pihaan ja bussi kulkee ihan vierestä. Naapurusto on mukavaa ja rauhallista. Lämpimästi tervetuloa. 30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

A separate building in the yard with sauna and a room with a loft and a bed that can fit 2-3 people total. Laverista saa levitettynä 140 cm sängyn, parvella patja yhdelle. Fredrikanrannan aitassa olet kuin kesämökillä. Lämmitämme vieraille iltaisin rantasaunan erikseen sovittavaan aikaan tai saat itse lämmittää milloin haluat. Käytössäsi on soutuvene, SUP-lauta sekä kajakki. Tarjoan terveellisen ja runsaan aamupalan. Welcome Cyclist -majoitus. Lemmikkisi voi yöpyä myös alakerrassa. Kohde sijaitsee maaseudulla noin 18 km Lappeenrannan keskustasta. Polkupyörät/moottoripyörät on mahdollista laittaa yöksi lukolliseen autotalliin.

Rock House, luonnon keskellä, järvinäkymin, Saimaa

Rockhouse on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.

Maalaisromanttinen kaupunkimökki

Asunnossa on suihku, kuumaa vettä on rajallisesti 15 litraa, eli riittää yhdelle henkilölle lyhyeen suihkuun kerrallaan. Vesi lämpiää uudelleen noin puoli tuntia. Pyyhkeet ja shamppoo käytettävissä. Keittiössä perustarvikkeet. Miniuuni/liesi, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, jääkaappi/pakastin, sekä mikroaaltouuni. Autolämmitys 2t / 3 euroa. Lisähenkilömaksu 10€
