The views from the cottage on the shore of the large lake Iijärvi open up in every direction. The plot is land-forest based and the beaches are suddenly deepening. A large beach patio and a large jetty bring comfort to the beach and what could be better than jumping from the jetty into the lake in the summer heat while enjoying a sauna. The main building has a living room, kitchenette, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a large loft, a toilet with a shower cabin and a closet. The kitchen has a gas stove and the toilet has an electric toilet seat with a bidet function.

Taiga Kallioranta – cabin and beach sauna

TAIGA KALLIORANTA A small, self-catering luxury cottage of 30 m², open all year round, in the quiet of Vääräjärvi, between Mäntyharju and Ristiina. A peaceful getaway for couples, remote work or a creative break. Here, there is no noise from cars or neighbours; instead, you are surrounded by pine trees, a lake and a rocky shore. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. The evening is topped off with a sauna just 10 metres from the beach. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guests.

Rantasalmella Pale Moka

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage is located on the shore of a small inland lake, a shallow sandy beach. The property consists of a cottage of about 25 square meters, a fence and a “barrel sauna.” Outdoor shower. The home has electricity and carry water. There is also a lot of use (self-heating). Camping spots for 5 people, ideal for couples or small families. About 40 km from the center of Savonlinna, about 19 km to Rantasalmi. This property is our beloved cabin, so please treat it accordingly.

Lilla Hammar

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although our small, modern and stylish sauna cabin is part of our residential property, here you will find peace, nature, privacy and beautiful scenery. There are excellent fishing opportunities on the water. What's more, the location is perfect for remote working! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing on a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
