The building is like a fully self-contained two-unit house. This is a cosy one-bedroom, one-dining room, one-kitchen private building. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The building is new and simple. The room is a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and dining room, and can accommodate up to two people. The host lives in the house next door. It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. It's a 20-minute drive to Niseko's ski resorts and a large supermarket. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. A 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Michi-no-Eki). You can check in and check out by self check-in. There are no stations, bus stops or shops within walking distance. This is a place where you absolutely need a car for shopping, going to restaurants, or skiing. One pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * From 2027, it will only be open in winter. ※ The 'Accommodation Tax' introduced in Niseko Town and Hokkaido, as well as the 'Airbnb Accommodation Fee' from 15 September 2026, are included in the accommodation fee.
