Qaintly named "The Empty Nest" ! Freshly renovated 2 bedroom upper apartment with private entrance and driveway. I gladly welcome well behaved pets and offer a large fenced off backyard. Come visit Randolph for a couple of days or an extended stay. Conveniently located close to Ellicottville, Jamestown and the Chautauqua Lake Region, Seneca Allegany Casino, Allegany State Park and the Amish trail. Popular wedding venues and golf courses right near by as well.
“This was the perfect location for my work trip and the perfect space for myself + 2 dogs! Bethany was an absolute pleasure to work with before and during our stay. The space was quaint and cozy while the large fenced in yard was perfect for my dogs. I'd highly recommend to anyone staying in the greater Olean/Jamestown area and will definitely stay there again!”
This country farmhouse is a great place to gather with friends and family. The small town is great for walking around in the summer, and in the winter the home is cozy and a wonderful place to spend time together in front of a warm fire playing games, doing puzzles or just catching up. Great golf and ski resorts are within 30 to 60 minutes away.
“We needed a place for our group to stay while exploring local areas- we wanted to downhill ski, cross country ski, and hike. The state parks and Holiday Valley offered many options. We had a wonderful place to start the day, and come back to after our outdoor adventures. Many separate areas for each of us to chill and relax in. Very nice design touches in the house, you will want to spend time here! Plenty of off street parking for our 3 vehicles. Walking distance to supermarket.”
Our friends call it the "Funny Farm" because there's always something to smile about here. Our little (20x12) cabin has electricity, a comfortable futon, portable toilet, faux fireplace, television and other fun stuff. Enjoy free range of the farm. Visit the alpacas, goats, chickens, geese, kittens and ducks. We also keep a refrigerator in the barn where you'll a free bottled water and other goodies. It's a good life on the Bella Luna Alpaca Farm.
“My husband and I stayed here in hopes of finding a cute and cozy place to indulge in some nature inspired social distancing. Christina & Matt gave us exactly that. We arrived 20 minutes before check in, last minute and relatively unexpected, yet they immediately came out to greet us with the warmest welcome. They showed us around and allowed us to hang out and enjoy their cute little farm friends as much as we wanted. The location is pretty convenient, too. It’s only a 25-30 minute drive from some pretty awesome hiking trails. Great place to stay if you’re wanting to get out and explore. The bathroom didn’t bother us because it was very clean and didn’t smell whatsoever. It’s just like cabin living, except it’s a tiny house. The fact that it’s so small makes it extra cozy, especially with the little fireplace.”
