Cottage holiday rentals in Randolph County

This place was the perfect spot in the middle of our camping trip. Peaceful water sounds and natural beauty while having a comfortable place to cook, shower, and sleep. Our kids adored the place and were pleasantly surprised at the number of rooms, games, and other amenities. We all loved the hot tub area. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for something comfortable but out of the way.

As always, it was a home-away-from-home trip. Beautiful location. Clean. Friendly. My family looks forward to the next visit. Thank you for an amazing graduation weekend!

Stayed here while working and it was great. The house was very clean and I think the hot tub was my favorite part! WiFi worked great for if you have to knock out some work on your laptop. 10/10 stay!

I've been to many lakeside AirBnbs, but this one set the bar SO high, it'll be hard to match! The amenities were above & beyond any others-from available fishing rods, to a step stool in the powder room for the 'littles', to a huge assortment of toys for the kids, to something never mentioned but which I appreciated--dimmer switches on lights! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked - I found literally every single thing we needed. I have never felt more at home, literally, at a lakeside place! Spectacular views and vibe from deck! Watching the geese on the water daily was lovely. And he mud room was SUPER helpful to have! The well-coordinated woodsy-themed decor/blankets were much appreciated. Coffee on the deck with a cozy blanket in the morning ... mmmmm! Many thanks to Bryan & Becky for their attention to detail and helpfulness! Not only was Bryan super efficient w/communications, but I felt like I was talking to a helpful friend, not just a host.

Perfect place to stay. We felt right at home. We actually took notes from the house for our own home we loved it so much. Very proactive with the dogs, having doggie bags and towels for them. Very proactive with our child offering books and crayons along with offering a pack n play. We absolutely loved it. The creek surrounding was the perfect touch for an early morning Bible read and mediation while the birds sang. Was able to meet Jan and her husband they were very friendly. 10/10 would recommend for any of your staying needs. We stayed with our 2 year old toddler, golden retriever and Jack Russel. It was perfect for us. We will be back for sure.

We had a peaceful and renovating time!! Wish it was longer. Great family space for games and hanging out. Loved how easy it was to walk to the river. We even got to see a river otter! And lots of ducks, frogs, and other wildlife. Bring your river floats to chill in the river! Can’t wait to go back.

I can honestly say this cottage is one of the best trips my partner and I have ever experienced through airbnb. Andrew was a wonderful communicator through out our stay, the surroundings were stunning, and thanks to the fliers posted to the fridge we had plenty of activities to check out in town. I’m grateful to have experienced this rustic charm for our anniversary, and the memories we shared have certainly left me with an emotional connection to this place. I can’t wait to come back again, thank you for everything.

We loved staying at Jan’s place! It’s a cute little cottage that was exceptionally clean and cute. The AC in the living room was really nice on hot days and the beds were comfortable. It was definitely secluded and not too far from the basic necessities- we spent a day at Audra State Park, which is only about a 20 minute drive, and had a blast. The pepperoni rolls that Jan left for us were also great. Would absolutely return!

My stay at this little place was just what I needed. It was cozy and lived in which I prefer. The top floor was neat with a desk to do work and an L-couch and round table to relax, and the bed was further back in the loft. Amazon Prime was already set up with a Firesick to catch a movie or watch a show in the living room when you have down time. The Keurig and assorted k-cups was also a welcomed gift. I did not explore the outside but there were quite a few variety of plants and flowers and a koi pond with seats that is shared with the next house over. Todd was always very quick to respond and accommodating. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a lived in place to stay and relax.

Perfect place to stay as long as you remember you are in the NQZ and there is no cell/wifi allowed. I will be back next year, so don’t tell my colleagues, or they may reserve it first.:)
