This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Beautiful bedroom in a shared home. Quiet home with a SHARED bathroom and kitchen with all amenities. You'll be staying with myself, a local business owner, massage therapist, yogi, book and record collector, chef and music lover. In addition my 14-year-old son is with us every other week. He is extremely chill, loves sports and trying new games. We have 3 cats! I own House of Wellness in Astoria and we offer our guests discounts and specials on massage therapy.
