La ubicación es perfecta , a 10 minutos andando de central park y a 3 minutos del metro que te lleva a cualquier parte de Manhattan en 15 min . El apartamento es básico , algo caluroso , pero la anfitriona se esmera en que tu estancia sea súper agradable ( a nosotras nos cambió las almohadas porque nos parecían muy duras tan pronto se lo dijimos ) y nos dejó dejar las maletas para poder disfrutar el último día antes de irnos al aeropuerto . Tiene una nevera en la habitación donde te dejan bebida y comida de cortesía , lo cual se agradece . El barrio es muy agradable y sin ningún problema de seguridad . Es espacioso y buena relación calidad precio! Joo Hee es una Host 10 !

Our stay was great! The ac was perfect for cooling us off, and we really loved having a TV in the room and a Keurig machine.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung/ das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut und einfach zu erreichen. Swann war immer sehr freundlich. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Andrew and Gabriela were amazing, we arrived before our scheduled checkin time and made the accommodations immediately to leave our bags and settle in before we took on New York. As we were out and about and didn’t know any good places to eat or drink, they quickly aided us with so much info of where to go and what was affordable. They went above and beyond to make our trip great. Would definitely rebook on future stays !

I stayed a week here by myself. The room, while not huge, was almost the same size as my son's hotel room in Times Square. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and is on an adjustable frame, which made sleeping much more enjoyable. Julia and John, and their daughter are beyond helpful and nice. I spent a few available hours just talking with them and getting to know their story. They are beautiful people. Access to the apartment is 1 block from a subway station. Very easy access. You are very close to some amazing paths and parks. Beautiful and quiet area. Close to restaurants, and even major grocery and retail stores are no more than a few streets away. I would definitely stay there again, if only to visit with Julia and John again.

The place itself was really nice. The home was beautiful. Close to the subway and a few restaurants. My only complaint is that the area is a bit loud at night, but I still managed to sleep alright.

thanks Jay for having myself and Adriaan the last 5 days the house was spotless clean easy access in and out. we loved all the codes on the doors it made us feel safe and at ease we never had any issues getting in or out. hosts were friendly the dog was so beautiful it was a pleasant stay with easy transport to and from the city

Jesse was a great host — very helpful, quick to respond, and easy to reach at all times. The apartment is well located, and the room was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. A couple of small things to note: we couldn’t figure out how to open the window (not sure if it was us or if the windows are fixed), and the shower had only a fixed shower head, which was a bit less convenient. The kitchen appeared clean, but the surfaces were quite sticky, which made it feel like they hadn’t been properly wiped down. The apartment is in Harlem; at first, the area near the subway felt a bit uncomfortable due to many homeless people around, but they were all harmless and we quickly got used to it. Overall, we had a good stay!

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Gorgeous restaurant downstairs, Patsys pizzeria. Short stroll to subway. Apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and catered for all our needs. Yue was a very responsive host and allowed us leave our baggage at the apartment both before check in and also after check out. Would highly recommend.

It’s a pretty rad spot on the edge of the East Village. Perfect for a few nights in the city. Communication is very good, everything went as stated and all codes and check in were smooth. Recommended.

Heather is an EXCELLENT host! Very helpful, friendly and responsive! If you need any recommendations or suggestions, she is there for you. We were hoping to find a great "home base" for our trip to NYC and Heather's place didn't disappoint. The location is so convenient to everything... especially being so close to the subway and a wonderful array of local restaurants. You can spend your day exploring the city knowing that an easy, quick ride on the Red Line 1 will bring you back to a place where you can chill, relax and get ready for the next day. The check-in was so easy... the place was so clean and the decorating is so fun... you just love being at Heather's place in the city. The gated courtyard and elevator are nice touches as well. We definitely look forward to returning and making this our "home base" choice in the future. Thanks Heather for a memorable trip!

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
