A hidden gem in the heart of rural Brittany located down a country lane. You step into an open plan kitchen/lounge which has a pine table and 4 chairs. In the lounge theres a coffee table, 2 stylish brown leather chesterfield sofas and a wall mounted smart tv with Netflix. In the sun room theres a log burner with 2 single chairs. A downstairs toilet/washing machine are in the utility. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms which have super king beds, deep mattresses finished off with 9cm feather toppers.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

Renovated while retaining the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 lounge with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. Tennis available at any time.

A sauna is available all year round and a private heated swimming pool, equipped with a telescopic enclosure, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.
