La villa est à 15 minutes à pied de la plage du prieuré, par le sentier des douaniers, le GR34, et 40 minutes de celle de l'Ecluse, accessible en longeant la baie par la promenade du Clair de Lune. Tous les mardis, jeudi et surtout le samedi matin a lieu le marché, à côté des Halles. Un incontournable. Bus de mer en saison pour St Malo.
