Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment is family-friendly. With an additional mattress, a family of 4 can experience a varied vacation. Switzerland is 2 km away. Stein am Rhein, Schaffhausen (Rhine Falls), Constance, Radolfzell, Überlingen can be reached in 15-45 minutes. The playground is next door. The pool may be used at agreed times!

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Holiday barn in Hegau

The apartment is located in a former barn with a stork nest, which has been modernized. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and plenty of air (4.20 m height). The fully glazed barn door brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and is therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

This apartment is comfortable and newly furnished, is 60 m² and is located in a quiet residential area on the southern slope of Gailingen. The apartment has a large living/bedroom which is extended to the south side with a terrace. The entrance, access to the terrace and the bathroom are at ground level and therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The toilet seat is also elevated and the shower has no step.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.
