The basement apartment with separate entrance includes a combined living-bedroom with double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. It was completely renovated in 2019. However, it is a basement apartment, standing height in kitchen and sleeping area about 2 m. The apartment is not suitable for toddlers as there are unsecured high steps.

It is a bright 60 m² apartment in the basement of our detached house in the Saar district in a central location in Kiel. The apartment has a very spacious living-dining area with sofa bed, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as bedroom and bathroom. The house has a passive house standard, underfloor heating and is operated exclusively with renewable energy. Parking is available at the front door. The city center is easily accessible by bus, on foot or by bike.

The area invites you to take longer walks and the bus to Kiel city center (7 km away) is only a few meters from the property. The beaches of the Baltic Sea are 20-30 minutes away by car. The Molfsee open-air museum is close by.

Hello! We offer our apartment as private accommodation for rent. It has its own entrance, kitchen, shower room and living / bedroom. It is connected to our house via an internal staircase. Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, kettle, dishwasher, fireplace and terrace are available. Free parking on the premises.
