We offer a self-contained, single-storey cottage of nearly 90 m², with a high level of comfort, a jacuzzi and a magnificent view of the Champsaur valley. The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.

Very quiet neighborhood despite the proximity to the church, the bell tower does not ring until 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. In the village is a soccer stadium, a bowling alley, and children's games. Departure from many bike or walking tours. You are 5 minutes by car from a large area on Gap. Rambaud is located near the Lac de Serre-Ponçon.

Notre petite maison est d'une fraîcheur incomparable, une vraie clime naturelle l'été, et très cocoon l'hiver avec sa cheminée électrique , 1 cuisine équipée, 1 chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple, 1 salon avec 1 canapé convertible 2 places fraichement changé car l'ancien etant trop petit pour vous acceuillir au mieux , 1 salle de bains, terrasse privée avec vue sur les montagnes , buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Charming refurbished studio with beautiful modern amenities. Located in downtown Gap, close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. A secure and private underground parking space is available. A fully equipped and functional kitchen. (oven, stove, range hood, microwave, refrigerator). Tassimo coffee maker. The bedding is new (mattress and bed base) in 190 x 140 cm. Bed linen, towels, shampoos and shower gel are provided during the stay.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
