The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new bathroom. Have fun with the many satellite TV programs in two rooms or connect to your private Netflix account!

Casa Lea Istriana is located in the small rural village of Butkovici between Pula and Rovinj inland. Stylishly furnished holiday home for 6+2 people on 2 floors is completely newly built. It offers you comfortable rooms that are modernly equipped, but contain many rustic details. The outdoor area extends with the view of the green forest. The house is fenced and closed with a garden gate.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
