Take in the stunning sunset right on the water or unwind with games & books. There is Plenty of parking for boats & trailers. Whether fishing or recharging, our secluded lakefront escape has everything you need for a peaceful stay.

Relax at the lake with the whole family at this peaceful place with lake view & lake access. Lake Fork offers some of the best fishing in the US with record breaking bass, crappie & cat fish. Includes fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, & full size futon. There’s a pavilion, boat house & fire pit for your enjoyment down at the lake. There’s a public launch ramp 2 minutes down the road & Lake Fork golf course is just 1/2 mile away. We also have kayaks & SUP’s for rent.

Waterfront Cozy Cottage

This quaint, waterfront cottage is located on 28 acres of beautifully wooded, privately-owned property on Lake Fork in East Texas. Experience the wildlife while strolling through the wooded walking trails. The fishing is great, a private boat launch. Several aera country club golf courses. What could be better than spending your vacation @ First Monday Trade Days or simply just getting away? The Tiny Bluebird is a newly built, tastefully decorated, cozy cottage located on Willow Lake in Wills Point, Texas. A stone throw away from fishing, swimming, or kayaking. This well thought out cottage has multi-color rustic hardwood tiled floors throughout which are accented with beautiful lighting. The master bath has tiled floors, white marble sink top, and walk-in tiled shower to match.

Rustic Studio Bunk House on Lake Tawakoni

Relax at this peaceful, lakeside, studio bunk house. It is one big bedroom with a kitchenette area, separate bathroom, king bed, & 4 bunk beds (more than 4 guest extra $10 per guest/night, 6 guest max). Kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, & Keurig coffee maker (no stove or sink); outside gas grill & picnic table. Enjoy lake view from back deck & watch kids play on swing set. Bring fishing gear & fish from the dock. Dogs under 25lbs welcome ($10 per pet/stay, 2 pets max).

This newly remodeled 2 bed/2 bath home has everything you’ve come to expect at the WWR. There are 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds along with a queen Murphy bed and queen pull-out couch in the main living room. You will enjoy the view of our private 5 acre lake from the front porch as well as wildlife and livestock. Security gate and covered parking.

Wildflower yurts are one of a kind romantic getaway for two! You have all the comforts of home, like air conditioning, electricity, showers and toilets. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country and the Wildflower Wedding Venue property. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. We have three yurts on the property Honeysuckle, Primrose and the Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.

Newly Renovated Cabin on 1 acre centrally located between Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni! First Monday Trades Day is only a short 25-minute drive. Chitt's Creek Cabin is a short 15 min drive to Lake Tawakoni State Park and less than 10 minutes to the nearest boat dock! Fisherman Paradise for tournaments or a perfect place to get out of the city to relax around the campfire, star gaze and just have a great time!

Beautiful country home only 5 minutes from Lake Tawakoni. Bring the family and enjoy fishing on the pond while cooking out by the large wrap-around porch, or relax with your coffee and watch the sunrise in peace.
