2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Apartment quiet & central & wonderful view

The 120m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was renovated and refurbished not so long ago. It can be booked for up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sink in the room), 2 bathrooms (once bathroom/toilet, once shower/toilet with washing machine), a spacious large kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and an additional living room with cable TV. The balcony at the bedroom of the main apartment is small but nice!

The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Completely recommend. We love our stays that are run by the owners vs run by commercial teams. Maria's home was beautifully decorated and maintained and had all the amenities we needed. We travelled with a 10 month old infant and Maria proactively offered us a stroller. She also provided a baby cot.

We loved our stay at Theresa’s! Theresa was kind, welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful and very responsive. Her place was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds, and lovely views. We enjoyed exploring the local area, which had incredible sights and great trails. Use of the bus system was convenient and easy. We would stay at Theresa’s again!

Thank you so much, it was all perfect! The apartment offers plenty of space, is chic and well thought out - we lacked nothing. We found the location to be ideal, as you can quickly get to the city and nature on foot, and you also have a bus stop right outside the front door. Communication with Georg was very nice, always quick and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

This place was great for my friend and I! It was less than a 30 minute walk from the train station and was very close to everything we were visiting. Close to the river, restaurants, shopping, and other major locations. The house was very clean with a good bathroom and kitchen. If I ever come back to Salzburg, I would definitely stay here again!

Sylvia was very kind and her place was wonderful! She met me at the gate and brought me inside, showed me around, and gave me great recommendations. It's only a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and a 10 minute bus ride from the city center where there are lots of attractions. Location was wonderful and the room was a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. There were nice touches like a tea kettle and an assortment of tea bags in the room. I would happily stay here again.
