The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

The house is in the immediate vicinity of Klagenfurt. The city center can be reached by bicycle in about 20 minutes, Lake Wörthersee in about 30 minutes. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the house. .
