At an altitude of 1400 m in the wild valley of Garrotxes, the traditional stone and wood house was renovated in 2020. Comfort, authenticity and nature immersion will be on the program. Located at the top of the village and on the edge of the forest, it is an ideal place for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Optionally, we offer the provision of two electric mountain bikes to discover the richness of the surroundings (nature, heritage, panoramas) by leaving your car in the parking lot.

In a quiet residence, not overlooked, it is on the top floor with elevator access. 2 parking spaces, including a private one in front of the residence and one below with a concierge year-round. Secure ski locker on the ground floor. 5 min walk to shops and the "Jassettes" chairlift. When snow conditions permit, skiers can arrive at the foot of the residence via the green slope.

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

30 m2 studio with garden located in Formiguères

A 5-minute walk from the center of Formiguères, bakery, butcher/delicatessen, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pizzeria. The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, raclette machine), 140 cm sofa bed, 140 cm bed, shower cabin and separate toilet. Sheets and household linen provided on request and optional. Accommodation not accessible to PRM due to steps and no suitable equipment.
