The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
