The view is superb, lovely terrace, super clean and amenities are perfect. One advise, no heavy luggage as there are some stairs leading to the building. Highly recommended!

Very nice simply decorated apartment. Great balcony with amazing view, very near to restaurants. Have to get a taxi from Athens airport as was no public transport. Beautiful bay with nice beaches. Easy check-in, Lefteris very responsive

Our stay was simply excellent. The place was perfect, even better than the photos, and the location near the beach was truly special. Every day we would just walk for a couple of minutes to the beach which was so beautiful and really fun to have nearby. Giannis was a very generous host, super communicative and genuinely very kind and helpful. We would love to come back to this place again and have noted it as one of our favourite places to have a holiday.

Πολύ ωραιο διαμέρισμα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με όλα τα απαραίτητα! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Αξίζει τα χρήματα του και με το παραπάνω

We stayed there with our nearly 2 year old son and he really enjoyed the garden - nice grass and shadow given by trees. without those trees it would be hard to live during hot time. house is really nice - after some renovations it would be close to perfection. a lot of rooms, 2 bathrooms and quite well equipped kitchen. but the most important part is the garden - that was really well kept. house is located in a quiet neighbourhood- close to the beach that is about 5 min walk. if you want to go to restaurants or shops, you will need a car. the host was really helpfull - We told him that We are coming with a small kid and he organised bed and he even bought for us a new high chair.

We had a great stay! The communication was friendly, fast, and informative, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the garden was well-maintained. The pool was a nice touch, too. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, plus the sea just a short walk away, everything was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and we appreciated the easy access to bus for trips to the city. Highly recommend!

Thank you for a very nice stay! ☀️🙌 Panos is a super host and the apartment is everything we hoped for. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sunsets from the outdoor area. Short distance to the supermarket and the beach. We really appreciated the flexibility around checking in and out. Without hesitation, Panos even helped us out with driving us to the airport as we couldn’t get hold of an Uber. Thank you for everything! I hope we’ll be back some day :-)

Prijatan i prostran smeštaj koji je idealan za odmor. U veoma mirnom delu grada. Plaža je veoma blizu kao i crkva. Ovo je moje prvo iskustvo u Grčkoj i prezadovoljna sam!

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit und auf Rückfragen wurde superschnell reagiert. Wir sind erst mitten in der Nacht angekommen und wurden trotzdem beim Einchecken persönlich empfangen. Wir hätten uns vorher eine Info darüber gewünscht, dass es sich um einen Salzwasserpool handelt.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful homestead! The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sofia. La vie de l’appartement est juste magnifique ! De belles plages à proximité ainsi que de nombreux restaurants pour profiter de Porto Rafti et se reposer.. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

All I can say is WOWZA! What a beautiful apartment. The photos do not do it justice. It was right across from the beach and the views of the water were stunning. We loved that the walls open up to extend the patio even further. It's a beautiful feature of the house. To be honest, I didn't want to leave the apartment to go to the beach!

This is the second time we have stayed in this air b and b and if you’re visiting Athens or Nea Makri and the surrounding areas it’s absolutely perfect! Lovely sea views and everything you need is right on your doorstep. Communication with Orges is fantastic and he’s always accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

Το διαμέρισμα αν και βρίσκεται σε λίγο παλιά οικοδομή μέσα είναι πολύ περιποιημένο και καθαρό ! Ένα πρόβλημα που πρόσεξα είναι ότι οι συρόμενες μπαλκονόπορτες δεν ασφαλίζουν θέλουν ρυθμισμα και οι βεράντες θα ήθελαν λίγο ακόμη περιποίηση όπως βάψιμο καγκελα! Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή με θέα τη θάλασσα !

We had a great stay, would recommend! The apartement was clean and as described, in a calm area with lots of restaurants and cafes, right by the sea. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with a view on the ocean! Communication with Fonteini was great and they welcomed us warmly when we arrived. Thanks!
