For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Dein Zuhause auf Zeit ist stilvoll-individuell mit ganz neuen wie auch persönlichen Vintage-Stücken eingerichtet. Ein Verandasitzplatz lädt zum Entspannen ein.

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Das zu 100% aus Holz gebaute Haus bietet jeglichen Luxus trotz minimalistischen Platzangebot. Das Haus besticht mit einer guten Lage im Top Ski- und Wandergebiet St. Johann im Pongau/Alpendorf. Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.
