Städning utföres av gästen. /Eng: Idyllic archipelago house for visit all seasons. Big terrace along the house towards the sea.. Shared dock/jetty for swimming/bathing. Fireplace in the house. Big lawn for relaxing. Cleaning is performed by the guest. (There are some private belongings in the house)

Frisk luft i lugn skogsmiljö

Alldeles för sig själv, längst bort på vår tomt ligger vår lilla stuga i en skogsglänta. Här är lugnt och tyst. Bara natur och på badrocks avstånd finns en varm badsjö. Hela området genomkorsas av härliga promenadstråk och det är en knapp km ner till havsviken. Herrbret, som vi kallar stugan, har en härlig altan i solläge på framsidan. Allt är fräscht och nybyggt i gammal stil men med modern standard och utrustning. Stugan är avsedd som en skön avkopplande oas för två personer i naturens närhet

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. At the back of the cottage, furniture with morning sun. Access to rowing boat and fishing in the lake 200 m away. Small bathplace with jetty by the lake. Berry and mushroom picking around the knot. Nice wood stove in the kitchen. Bathroom around the house knot with dry toilet and shower. 4G coverage About 45 min Stockholm, 60 min Arlanda by car.

Båtsmanstorp i lantligt Roslagen. Närhet till djur och natur. Varsamt renoverat torp med vedspis och öppen spis. Lummig, avskild och stor trädgård med många kultursorter av växter. Närmaste sjö är Erken där det finns flera olika badplatser och natursköna områden. Vid torpet finns vedeldad bastu. Det finns bra busskommunikation till exempelvis Stockholm eller Grisslehamn för dagsutflykter. Norrtälje stad är också ett trevligt utflyktsmål.
