Amazing host and a truly wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. For the first time ever using Airbnb, the kitchen was fully equipped — a real bonus! Thank you for the warm hospitality. We hope to stay again on one of our future trips to the Czech Republic!

Such a pretty and private place! Our house was in the highest spot of the property and the view was crazy good. The only complain i have its hard to get to the reception - when i was told to contact keyholder privately they gave me totally different adress for key pickup then it was stated in airbnb post but we made a few phone calls and we got to the right spot. Also be aware that the pool is open for limited time of the year, sadly we missed it for our stay :((

There are absolutely no complaints. It was wonderful stay with no noise from traffic. Great place to stay and relax.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at the house. Everything was perfect. A very large and beautiful house with an interesting interior. There were all the amenities: grill, fire pit, terrace and large balcony. The owner even arranged jacuzzi for us which was very pleasant. We will definitely come back here in the summer when we can swim in the pool.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

A estadia era ótima, muito acolhedora, ideal para uma familia, e o self check-in ajuda muito para pessoas como nós que vêm de longe e não têm hora de chegada prevista. Um sitio maravilhoso, parece tirando de um filme, muita paz, uma zona super tranquila, uma paisagem linda e para quem vier com a ideia inicial de conhecer a capital como nós, não se vai arrepender de alugar nesta zona porque também é muito bonita.

Super nette Gastgeberin, welche sogar um 11 Uhr nachts noch erreichbar war und uns bei einem Problem mit der Elektrik helfen konnte. Lage und Unterkunft perfekt ! Vielen lieben Dank denisa !

Die Gastgeberin antworter sehr schnell und ist äußerst zuvorkommend. Die Ankunft und der Zutritt zum Haus bzw. Grundstück war sehr einfach. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und nahe Wroclaw. Einzig die Bahnstrecke in der Nähe ist viel befahren und hörbar im Garten, im Haus bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist sie nicht hörbar. Die Schlafräume im Obergeschoss, sowie das Wohnzimmer haben eine Klimaaanlage. Das Grundstück ist geräumig und ansprechend begrünt. Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und mit allem notwendigen Gegenständen ausgestattet. Es ist eine Garage vorhanden in die gut 1 Auto passt. In dem Hof davor, passen 2 Autos und der Hof ist durch ein Tor von der Straße abgetrennt. Im Vorgarten gibt es eine Fasssauna und einen großen Whirlpool für ca. 6 Personen. Holz zum beheizen des Pools und des Ofens im Haus ist bereits gespalten vorhanden. Die Übergabe zurück an die Gastgeberin erfolgte persönlich und war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert.

Maciej was reacting very fast each time we needed something, trying to fulfill all our needs. The cottages are in beautiful place on the hill with hard to beat view from the window. They are surrounded by amazing forests which you can explore. We recommend also delicious breakfast full of local goodies.

Velice milá paní správcová, krásná chalupa, všude čisto, během pobytu nic nechybělo. Krásné ohniště hned u potoka, vyžití pro děti a jako bonus vířivka, kterou si všichni přítomní zamilovali. Pro nás jediné mínus, kdy nebyl oplocen pozemek a měli jsme s pejsky omezené možnosti, ale jinak chalupa nemá jedinou chybu *** Děkujeme za hezky strávený prodloužený víkend a všem doporučuji 😊

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt! Top ausgestattet, tolle, ruhige Lage mit Blick ins Tal und super Gastgeber, der gute Wandertips gibt. Viele Wanderungen kann man direkt von der Unterkunft starten. Der Nationalpark ist landschaftlich wunderschön! Wir waren mit Auto da, die Unterkunft ist aber auch mit Zug + Bus erreichbar. Schönes Fleckchen Erde:)

Dom je perfektny! Vsetko co potrebujete je k dispozici. Kvalitne zariadanie aj spotrebice. Minimalisticky zariadane, ale ihned mate pocit domova. Pekny vyhlad z obyvacky. Udrziavana zahrada s grilom a terasou. Jana je velmi mila a proaktivna pri komunikacii. Vhodne aj pre rodiny s detmi. Velmi odporucame! Dakujeme za pobyt!

Serdecznie polecam! Przepiękne miejsce i prowadzone z pomysłem. Bardzo przyjaźni gospodarze, dobra lokalizacja. Stodoła zgodnie z opisem bardzo nowoczesna i super czysta. Na plus dodatkowo przyjazny Piesio gospodarz. Nie możemy się doczekać żeby tam wrócić :)

Super miejscowka, wszystko przygotowane na tip top, dom wyposazony we wszystko co niezbedne (byl zapas papieru, byly tabletki do zmywarki, worki, herbata) ogolnie rzadkosc. Spedzilismy ze znajomymi wspnialy weekend, i kto wie czy ponownie nie wrocimy, jak do tej pory chyba najlepsza miejscowka gdzie bylismy! Dzieki i pozdrowionka.

Es war sehr schön bei Anna und ich habe mich dort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Auf dem Bett lag sehr schöne und frisch duftende Bettwäsche. Anna ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Person. Herzlichen Dank Liebe Anna.

Skvělé ubytování, které jsme si pronajali během Velikonoc 2025. Dům byl krásně čistý, plně vybavený nádobím na vaření, s grilem a pohodlným venkovním posezením, ideálním na společné večery. Jediné, co nám trochu chybělo, bylo mýdlo na ruce v koupelně – je trochu zvláštní, že hosté musí myslet i na takové drobnosti. I přesto jsme si pobyt moc užili a rozhodně můžeme toto ubytování doporučit dál! Děkujeme!

Perfektní! Moc pěkný dům, vybavená kuchyň, garáž pro 2 auta. Na dobrém místě, krátkou procházkou od lanovky na Sněžku.

Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Ein wunderschöner Blick in die Natur. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und das Haus war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund einer gesundheitlichen Notlage mussten wir schnell nach Deutschland. Die relativ kurze Entfernung nach Zittau war unsere Rettung. Zum Glück! Leider konnten wir deshalb nicht all unsere geplanten Trips wahrnehmen, aber die Gegend hat viel zu bieten. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele liegen in der Nähe. Perfekt für all jene, die am Tag nicht so viele Kilometer fahren wollen. Auch die Nähe zu Nová Paka war optimal zum Einkaufen. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe des Hauses verlief total unkompliziert! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, um alles nochmal gesund und fit erleben zu können.

Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce, pięknie urządzony dom i domek. Czuliśmy sie swobodnie, jak w domu. Świetna baza wypadowa do górskich wycieczek. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny, świetna komunikacja. Dziękujemy za pyszne, słodkie niespodzianki! :-)

An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und dad große Wohnzimmer war für uns zwei Familien ein sehr harmonischer Treffpunkt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Zarezerwowałam cały dom w okresie sylwestrowym wraz ze znajomymi i rodziną. Brzozowie to bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica, wspaniałe miejsce na spacery. Dom jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, można przygotowywać posiłki, jest zmywarka, piekarnik itd. Co ciekawe nie brakuje kapsułek, przypraw, herbat jak to bywa w innych miejscach. Sypialnie są przestronne i czyste, łazienki również. Chętnie wrócimy naszą ekipą do tego miejsca :) Właściciel to wspaniały i kontaktowy człowiek. Polecam!

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue excelente. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia, bien equipada y decorada con mucho gusto, lo que la hizo sentir muy acogedora desde el primer momento. Además, es espaciosa y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda. Uno de sus puntos fuertes es que está bien comunicada con el transporte público: hay trenes y autobuses cercanos que facilitan el acceso al centro de la ciudad. Esto hace que moverse sea muy sencillo y rápido. La dueña del alojamiento fue increíblemente amable y atenta, siempre disponible para resolver cualquier duda y asegurarse de que todo estuviera en perfectas condiciones. Su hospitalidad realmente marcó la diferencia. Definitivamente recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que visite Wrocław. Una experiencia de 10/10!
