Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. Na raspolaganju je i arboretum s mnoštvom ukrasnog bilja, sjenicom te prostorom za kavu, čitanje i roštiljanje. Kuća je smještena u Parku prirode Medvednica, u čijoj su blizini Specijalna bolnica za medicinsku rehabilitaciju te bazeni s termalnom, ljekovitom vodom. Gostima je na raspolaganju i kućna teretana i dva sportska bicikla. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

Located on the hill near the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows and climbing above the vineyard Juričko offers a beautiful view of the picturesque landscape to the visitors. A wine cellar is a social space for 45 people. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a fireplace, a bathroom and a sauna. The attic has a bathroom and four bedrooms. Outside there is a covered terrace with a large table suitable for picnics. Guests can use private Sauna with an additional fee.
